Delivery is calculated on a size and weight basis, to see your delivery charge, add items to the cart and you will be shown a total for delivery before you pay.
Items will be combined into one box / package where possible to keep delivery costs reasonable.
ALL shipments are fully insured for loss or damage.
UK
UK standard delivery starts at £2.79 - You will never pay more than a maximum £5.99 for delivery no matter how many items you order in one visit - orders over £75.00 are shipped FREE of charge.
Royal mail standard delivery orders within the UK are normally delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
During November & December, standard 2nd class mail is often delayed by around a week more.
Faster and tracked delivery options are also available. Orders placed before 4pm (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day.
(Please note - we do not work weekends due to family commitments so orders placed after 4pm UK time on Friday will be shipped on Monday)
EUROPE & EU
Standard untracked delivery to Europe starts at £4.90 - You will never pay more than a maximum £20.00 for standard delivery no matter how many items you order in one visit - orders over £300.00 are shipped FREE of charge.
European orders are normally delivered within 5 to 8 working days. Tracked delivery options are also available.
USA & CANADA
Standard untracked delivery to Canada starts at £5.90 and to the USA it starts at £7.90 (this includes US tariffs and admin fee on your order) - You will never pay more than a maximum £25.00 for standard delivery no matter how many items you order in one visit - orders over £300.00 are shipped FREE of charge.
USA & Canada orders are normally delivered within 6 to 10 working days. Tracked delivery options are also available.
REST OF THE WORLD
Standard untracked delivery to the rest of the world starts at £5.90 - You will never pay more than a maximum £25.00 for standard delivery no matter how many items you order in one visit - orders over £300.00 are shipped FREE of charge.
Rest of the world orders are normally delivered within 8 to 15 working days. Tracked delivery options are also available.
