We only sell genuine LEGO® products.

The vast majority of our products are brand new although we do occasionally sell rare parts or sets that are pre-owned, if that is the case the condition will be described accurately and clear photos will be available.

Our Return Policy is there to protect you in the rare event of a defect.

Please ensure you give, preferably an email address or contact telephone number when entering your details during Checkout. This enables us to then confirm your order via email or contact you should there be any problems.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

As orders are dispatched either same day / next working day, orders can be cancelled at no charge if cancelled prior to dispatch.
Please see notes on Deliveries for details on dispatch times.

If an order has already been dispatched, unfortunately it will have to be returned at your expense for a refund. *Please see notes on Returns below.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with an item, a replacement (where available) can be sent or a full refund or store credit given if you prefer on return of the item.

The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt in secure packaging in the same condition that you received it in. Unless the item is faulty or not as described, postage costs will not be refunded.

If you have any issues or problems with any item, please contact us, we will always work with buyers toward a satisfactory solution.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

Photographic evidence may be required of the fault / damage of the item or the product if we do do not require the item to be returned, this is often a requirement by the mail company as part of their claims process.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

PACKAGING

All orders are mailed in quality, strong secure packaging to ensure protection of your item(s).

POSTAL DELIVERY

Payment must be cleared prior to dispatch of all orders. Once received & cleared, the following will apply:

Orders placed by 12 Noon (Mon - Fri) will be dispatched the same day. Otherwise they will be dispatched the next working day.

Postage / Shipping cost is determined by weight and destination, multiple purchases will be combined into one package where possible and the savings passed on to you, for instance, it is much cheaper to mail 5 items together than it is to mail them individually. So, the more you order in one visit, the more you save on shipping. you can view your shopping cart and check the shipping amount before you pay so no surprises.

Please ensure you select the correct postage option for your country. If you choose the wrong option, you will be invoiced for the difference and this will have to be paid before goods can be dispatched.

UK DELIVERY

Items are mailed by 2nd class post and are covered for loss or damage up to the value of £20.00 GBP as proof of posting is always obtained.
Please allow 2-3 working days.

EUROPE DELIVERY

Items are mailed by Airmail post and are covered for loss or damage up to the value of £20.00 GBP as proof of posting is always obtained.
Please allow 5-7 working days and also allow for possible security inspections by Customs officers which can add to the delivery time.

REST OF THE WORLD

Items are mailed by Airmail post and are covered for loss or damage up to the value of £36.00 GBP as proof of posting is always obtained.
Please allow 5-10 working days and also allow for possible security inspections by Customs officers which can add to the delivery time.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR CERTAIN COUNTRIES

Orders sent to ITALY, RUSSIA and some SOUTH AMERICAN countries can sometimes take 4-6 weeks to arrive so if you are ordering from here please allow for this possibility.


PRIVACY POLICY

Your credit or debit card details are never available to me as I only accept cards through Clearaccept who are a third party payment processor, this is an extremely safe process, they take your details and payment on their secure servers and then pass the money over to us.

We will never use your details for any other purpose other than for processing & dispatching your order and occasionally contacting you about discounts or special offers.

We will never pass on any of our customers details to any 3rd party for any reason whatsoever.
All details we have of our customers are kept within our securely hosted website for our future reference only, in case of queries on orders & complaints etc.
